Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Products Sourcing Manager for our Ecommerce/Dropshipping business. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our business operations, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth,Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives and Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Cultivate Partnerships: Research and identify potential business partners, suppliers, and affiliates within the e-commerce and dropshipping industry. Initiate contact, negotiate terms, and cultivate relationships to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through the hero products source and expand our market presence. Collaborate with the management team to set goals, identify key performance indicators, and develop actionable strategies to achieve targets.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation. Utilize market insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
4. Revenue Optimisation: Implement strategies to optimize revenue streams, increase profitability, and maximize sales conversion rates by adding frequently New and hero products. Continuously monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and iterate on strategies to achieve revenue targets.
5. Business Expansion: Explore new market opportunities and expansion avenues for our e-commerce/dropshipping business. Evaluate market entry strategies, assess risks, and develop scalable growth plans to penetrate new markets.
6. Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business Administration (Prefered), Marketing, or related field
Proven track record of success in business development, Sourcing, sales, or partnership management within the ecommerce/dropshipping industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
