Product and Strategy Manager

Location - New Delhi

It is a work from office profile

Role is into digital education and also digitisation of the student travel business. The position will be part of the Product and Strategy Team and will report to the Head of Innovations and Strategic Alliances. The role will have a high degree of communication across departments and will be responsible for helping with the Digitisation, Tech Projects, User Experience Research, User Testing and App Deployment.

- 5-7 years of experience as an assistant brand manager or product manager at an EdTech or
other marketing oriented company or as an account manager at a leading advertising agency.
Work Timings
8.30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday and 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays.

Responsibilities:
1. Creating scope documents in multiple formats that fully describe the functionalities of our tech platforms in order to explain the same to the developers, UIUX teams and to the internal management.
2. Following up with various stakeholders and teams on the progress of the tech projects. Creating and maintaining the necessary charts for managing timeline and feature checklist and bug fixing list.
3. Conducting user research before, during and after the production and staging of the apps.
4. Preparing user testing proposals, conducting user tests with various target audiences, preparing a report and sharing the results.
5. Managing the development cycle and feedback cycles with both, UI UX teams and the full stack development team ensuring all feedback is being incorporated on time.
6. Training the internal and external stakeholders, preparing training decks, marketing material and presentations to ensure adoption of the apps.
7. Managing (planning, commissioning to graphic designers and storing systematically) digital assets and their open files, such as logos, feature images banks, thematic elements and others that need to be used on various platforms.
8. Creating educational material to support the platform content as and when required including but not limited to writing scripts for educational films and assessments in quiz formats.
9. Accompanying the sales team in the field for giving product demos to the clients and to teach the sales team how to give demos on the job.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing or an advanced Masters qualification from a leading institute or university.
