: Votiko is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to engage in telemarketing, leads generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification. Responsibilities:

Conduct telemarketing activities, including lead generation and appointment setting.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C clients.

Conduct surveys and verification processes to ensure data accuracy.

Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.

Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance targets.

Requirements:

Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.

Fluency in English is essential.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Age limit: Below 40 years.

Ability to work night shifts.

Location Preference: We prefer candidates from nearby cities of Surat.

Note: This is a work-from-office opportunity with night shifts.
