Job Description

Anwarb Info Solutions is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer issues and concerns with speed and accuracy Be proactive in identifying and addressing customer needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction Stay uptodate with product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong. problemsolving and analytical skills Ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations Familiarity with customer service software and tools Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
