Job Description

Business Requirement & Key Responsibilities:

Candidates will be stationed at Samsung stores.
Assist walk-in customers and convert inquiries into offline pickups.
Provide information about products and exchange offers.
Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance
Ensure customer satisfaction with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Check prexo phone conditions, offer prices accordingly, and enter details into the portal (training will be provided).
Work Schedule:
No week-offs on Saturdays and Sundays due to high customer footfall. Week-off will be provided between Monday to Friday.
No leaves during festive seasons; compensatory offs can be provided later.
Work hours: 8 - 9 hour shifts starting from 11 AM/12 PM to 8 PM/9 PM depends on customer footfall.
