Maintaining relationships both internally and candidates to ensure staffing goals are
achieved
Proven work experience as a IT Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency)
Commitment towards the job.
Excellent interpretation skills.
Excellent mailing etiquette.
Pro-active and collaborative.
Good negotiation skills.
Good analytical skills.
