Managing the team of BM & STM
Driving the business through virtual agency via smart tech
Enabling the digital sales via GPS
Training & Motivating the sales team
Focusing on building the POS
Expanding agency force in the rural belt to promote health I

Required Candidate profile

Should be a Agency Sales professional with minimum of 10 years of Health or General Insurance Experience only with team handling role.
Should have handled at-least a Branch for minimum of 5 years
Local talent is highly preferred who can built the tea

Salary mentioned is fixed and other than Salary, incumbent would be entitled to get incentives, bonus & travelling expenses by the company.
