INFRA HIRING RECRUITER:

Job Requirement:

Looking for Recruiters with 0.6 - 3 years of experience who can fulfil the following criteria
Hands on experience in souring for IT skills (Technologies like, Microsoft, SAP, Digital, Cloud platforms ).
Performing End to End recruitment process.
Experience in sourcing candidates from job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
Conduct initial HR Screening (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc Good to Have
Go getter personality
Education : Graduation is must
Basic Excel skills
Good verbal and written communication
Adaptable
