Job Description
We are looking for a skilled developer to transition our private Shopify app to a public oWering. This involves enhancing API integrations between the Shopify app and our Client Portal, ensuring compliance with Shopify App Store requirements, and adding new features.
Key Responsibilities: - Enhance and maintain our existing Shopify application.
- Implement API integrations between the Shopify app and our Client Portal.
- Securely manage access tokens and authentication data.
- Develop features for customers to create Shopify products from our Client Portal.
- Convert Shopify products into Client Portal product requests.
- Improve the theme extension and handle more product variants than default limits.
- Prepare the app for public release on the Shopify App Store.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong experience in developing Shopify applications.
- Proficiency with Shopify APIs and webhooks.
- Familiarity with OAuth authentication and secure token management.
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Ruby on Rails, PHP).
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
- Understanding of the Shopify App Store submission process
