To manage new customer acquisition vertical along with vendor management
To manage sales admin for Direct channel
To design new processes & ensure enhancement in the existing process
Engage with vendors evaluating vendor performance & managing vertic
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 5 yrs of experience in Life Insurance Industry with leading companies, preferably with Direct model preferably Call Center or Campaign Management Role
Prior experience of managing the large team of Call Center is must
