Job Description

Should have hands-on experience in scripting (Batch / shell / perl)
Should have good knowledge on AutoSys Architecture and tools.
Installation, Configuration, deployment of Agents.
Should be able to troubleshoot issues with AutoSys.
Should have thorough scheduling knowledge.
Good understanding of ITIL process is must.
Should be able to work with multiple application teams.
Experience with different operations system will be a plus.
Support and maintenance of Enterprise Scheduling environment
Identify opportunities to improve/automate the existing processes.
Providing Root Cause Analysis to determine the facts based on the problem.
Should have expertise in defining jobs, configuring the jobs as per the business needs.
Adherence to Change Management process and controls flow for various changes being implemented.
Working experience of Installation, configuration, deployment and upgradation of AutoSys Components (AutoSys/WCC/EEM) would be a plus.
