Job Description: Hero Vired is seeking a Sales Trainer with expertise in consultative sales techniques to join our team. The Sales Trainer will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our sales team, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in consultative sales approaches. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and enhancing our sales team's effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: A Sales analyst will be responsible for supporting the sales team in maintain first touch ping with customer and pre-qualifying the incoming leads. Their job description typically includes tasks such as: 1. Customer Engagement: Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and gather information to tailor sales counselling. 2. Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospective. customers upon enquiry. 3. Qualification: Evaluating leads to determine their suitability and potential for conversion, ensuring that the sales team focuses on the most promising opportunities. 4. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel as required 5. Data Management: Keeping records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales activities in the company's CRM system. 16. Goal Achievement: Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals through their lead qualification. 17. Meet calling KPIs as per set targets. Requirements: Prior experience of 2+ years in tele-calling or inside sales function Edtech experience preferred Bachelor degree Excellent communication skills
