We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Home Devices Product. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to design, development, and market introduction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and ensure the successful launch of innovative home devices that align with our company's mission and vision. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's mission and goals, identifying market trends and customer needs. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a talented team of product managers, designers, engineers, and other professionals to achieve product development milestones and objectives. Innovation: Drive innovation within the product portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and staying at the forefront of emerging. technologies and trends in the home devices industry. Roadmap Planning: Create and manage product roadmaps, defining product features, functionalities, and release schedules. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing improvements. Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. Budget Management: Manage the product budget, ensuring cost-effective development and resource allocation. Quality Assurance: Maintain high product quality standards and oversee testing and quality assurance processes. Product Launch: Oversee the successful launch of new products, including go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and post-launch monitoring. Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance, gather and analyze data, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in a senior product management role in the home devices or consumer electronics industry. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing product development from conception to launch. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Deep knowledge of the home devices market and emerging technologies. A passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset
