Work closely with developers testers and project managers to gather technical details and understand project requirements.
Edit, proofread and ensure consistency in style, tone and terminology across all documentation.
Regularly update documents to reflect changes in project requirements, features or system updates.
Create PowerPoint presentations for trainings, client meetings and product promotion seminars.
Develop visual aids such as flowcharts, diagrams and illustrations, to enhance understanding.
Ensure all content meets organizational standards and complies with relevant industry regulations.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements: MBA / Bachelors degree in a relevant field like business, finance, economics, information technology or a related discipline.
Professional Experience: 5 years As Per Scope Of Work.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
