Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (Architects & Interior designers) to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Visiting Architects & Interior Designers regularly, providing a very high level of premium service to move them up the value chain.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Ensuring follow-ups in terms of samples, recommending products, training of their applicators, knowledge sharing with their team and troubleshooting at any site.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by them and deal with complaints to maintain trust by collaborating with the technical team.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Follow market trends and give feedback to the Marketing team.
