VP Engineering for B2B Ecommerce Co

Our client is growing at a rapid pace.
They have presently 700 employees, and targeted revenue is Rs 10,000 Cr in 2023.

The want people who can build robust Software for PaaS for this Product / BU Line
You shall report to the COO, Board and lead a team of software developers
You shall be responsible for complete deliver
Your primary role will be build the Engineering Function leading 200 software developers product development effort

The work culture is demanding for the next 3 years

Required Candidate profile

BE from IITs preferably in Computer Science
15-25 years in software product development in ecommerce / US MNC
Ability to attract and retain critical Engineering Talent
Ability to develop extreme cutting edge software innovation - as the Co' future depends on it
Ability to work with Product Management and CXO teams in defining the Co strategy, in its desire to develop world class software from the Bangalore Office
Very Driven and extremely hard working

Salary will be approx 25-30% more than his/her Indian Salary
The salary will be fixed - 80%, variable - 20%, and Stock Options
