We are hiring Executive Assistant/Personal Secretary Minimum - 8 years of Experience in handling Secretarial and Administrative portfolio in corporate sector. Location - Hyderbad JOB RELATED SKILLS - Executive Assistant to Director(s) and other senior leaders on a need basis : - Handling day to day schedules of Directors/CEO including appointments and meetings: - Work with the other business groups on a need basis for collating information /data as may be required : - Draft Minutes and records of meetings : - Work on analysis and other work sheets as the need arise: - Travel Scheduling of Directors/CEO and logistics thereof: - Office Management and Administrative responsibility as required: - Drafting and finalizing important mails and other communication Salary: 35,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Experience: - total work: 3 years (preferred) Speak with the employer 91 hidden_mobile
