Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Holiday Consultant. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, offering travel and holiday booking advice, and developing vacation packages tailored to client needs. The Holiday Consultant will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors and suppliers, maintaining customer relations, and contributing to sales targets. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating a delightful customer. experience Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Knowledge of travel industry trends and experience with travel booking systems Ability to work independently and remotely Proven sales experience and ability to contribute to sales goals Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field Proficiency in a second language such as French, German, or Spanish is a plus Experience in developing vacation packages and itineraries is a plus
