Job Description Role Name:- Executive/Sr. Executive - Travel Sales (English & Spanish) Job Role Purpose This role would be based in our Gurgaon office, responsible for advising clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs, wants and capabilities. In addition, they help them plan trips for international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares focusing the US and European market Reporting To:- Manager - Operations Specifications Knowledge Advanced ability to communicate Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options Knowledge of US Geography is must Target Sales skills Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to work on Target based environment Selling Skills Negotiation Skills Functional Knowledge, Shifts, No of Working Days Any GDS (Amadeus, Saber, Galileo) Should have cleared B2 Level for Spanish Candidates IATA Certification is plus. Excellent. knowledge of latest tourism trends Rotational Night Shifts Cab Provided (Pick and Drop) Attractive Incentives 9 Hour shift, 5 Days Working and Working from office Experience (Number of Years) 1 - 8 years of experience Qualification Any Graduate / Post Graduate Responsibilities Determine customer needs and suggest suitable travel information. Use Promotional techniques to sell tickets to customers. Create and maintain records of all the customers. Able to handle all the post sales call. Handle problems and complaints of customers for chargeback. Meet Sales Targets
