Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION OF A CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER(COO)

 

 

The role of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, and drive growth and profitability. The specific job duties of a COO include:

  1. Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that ensure efficient and effective construction
  2. Coordinating and managing the activities of various departments within the company, such as project management, estimating, procurement, construction, and
  3. Ensuring that all construction projects are planned, executed, and completed in accordance with industry standards and regulatory
  4. Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase
  5. Monitoring key performance metrics, such as project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety, to assess the health of the organization and make strategic
  6. Managing risk and ensuring that the company is prepared for potential challenges and disruptions, such as supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or regulatory
  7. Overseeing the management of multiple construction projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within
  8. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, and
  9. Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that construction projects meet quality standards and regulatory
  10. Managing the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction
  11. Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for business growth and

Qualification:

  • Tech/B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in Industrial & Commercial projects more than 100cr

Salary: As per industry standard
