Job Description
This role will require you to provide operations support in terms of Billing, Head Count Management, Asset management, Audit and ERO Compliance, Facility and Seating, Procurement and Travel, coordination between business Leaders, Fall plan, recognition, AHM planning, Contractors management and support team to ensure smooth execution/delivery of Business operations activities. You will provide support & report to the Operations Manager of the department. The role is not limited to the above-mentioned responsibilities and can have additional responsibilities added as per business requirements.Immediate/ mid -term responsibilitiesAsset Management (Forecast asset requirement, Coordinate for Laptop refresh and repair, Asset Validation, and maintain asset inventory) ERO and Audit (Project Classification and ERO Data Management, Support for all types of Quarterly and yearly audit by providing the evidence and artifact)Business Compliance (Follow-up with BU employees on all types of compliance activities and ensure timely completion)Facility, Access, and Seating (Coordinate for in house events, handle access issues, Seating plan across ISDL Location, seat allocation, and tracking)Working closely with operations teams in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and WW sitesEngaging with Managers and employees at the location and contributing to improving employee experiencePrioritize the requirements for Fall plan and provide inputs and data to the leadership / Exec teamOverall All Hands meet planning and coordination with FLMs and SLMs for Awards and recognitionBackfill Head count ManagementLong term responsibilitiesBilling Support (Monthly Billing Confirmation, Tracking actuals against each program, Regular interlock with Managers and WW Ops on billing changes and discrepancy,ICA & DOU (Budgeting & Forecasting yearly ICA cost. Creation of ICA and DOU, Tracking ICA Spend and supplement if required.)Contract Hiring (Yearly Budget forecast and approval, Screening shortlisting, Interview co-ordination, PO negotiation, On-boarding support (DRMS / Devices)Procurement & Logistic (Working with US team for Procurement and Logistic, HW Configuration, Pricing & Quotation, Order / PO release, Logistic handling) Required education
