We are seeking a QA Lead with expertise in test strategy, automation, and mainframe testing. The ideal candidate will define and implement test strategies for enterprise applications, ensuring quality assurance and automation coverage for legacy and modernized systems. Key

Responsibilities: Develop and implement test strategies and automation frameworks. Lead mainframe testing initiatives, ensuring quality in legacy system modernization. Define and maintain test automation scripts and test cases. Work closely with development, DevOps, and business teams to ensure seamless testing. Manage test environments, data, and execution for mainframe and cloud-based applications. Ensure compliance with industry testing standards and best practices. Mentor and guide QA teams in automation and test strategy execution.

Required Skills Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software testing and QA leadership. Expertise in test automation frameworks and scripting languages. Strong knowledge of mainframe testing tools (eg, JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2). Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and test management tools.
