Job Vacancy For ZA- West Bengal - Political @ Randstad

Our work includes envisioning and executing innovative electioneering campaigns, facilitating capacity building of grassroots cadre and shaping governance. We add professional aspects to the strengths of the scores of grassroots workers supporting the Prime Minister and ensure optimal electoral results not as an end in itself but to add to the Prime Ministers vision for a developed India. Our work leverages on-ground activities, data analytics, research and new age media as a force multiplier for the Prime Ministers messages and actions.

We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals.

We require Zonal Associate. Details are given below

Location - Kolkata, North 24 Parganas, Birbhum, Purba Bardhaman.

Primary Tasks done by a ZA include (and not limited to):

1. Hire & manage ground-level level volunteers

2. Identify & make contact with general & political influences in the area

3. Create District / AC snapshot reports by conducting on-ground research and in-depth interviews

4. Hire and manage college campus ambassadors

5. Identify potential candidates & relevant insights related to each political party

6. Identify specific locations for various campaign initiatives

7. Deal with party people for execution of political campaigns

8. Use digital media platforms to increase the reach of campaigns

9. Managing all on-ground logistics (viz, vendor selection, local promotion, collateral printing, etc) for all campaign projects

10. Conducting On ground Survey

11. Escalating Daily Updates with respective Zonal Heads

This role often requires evening and weekend work as well as extensive travel within Assembly constituencies of the district

It would be ideal that the resource owns a bike/conveyance as it would be a must for district travel

Desired Qualification & Experience

- Preferably holds a bachelors degree

- Fluency in Local Language, Bengali

- Basic understanding of English or Hindi

- Understanding of Local Culture, Demographics and Political scene

- Good networking skills are a must

- Should be able to use e-mails, basic excel (for data entry) and smart phones

- Must have his own vehicle for travel within the district

- Must possess a computer/laptop and a smartphone

- Person should be dynamic and flexible in terms of his outlook towards work

Salary band for ZA: 25K-35K, Plus 15K monthly reimbursement (Travel+Accommodationn+Food)as per policy
