Business acumen and technical knowledge in his/her area of responsibility i.e. Payables and receivables management Account payable and receivables - Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivables processes, procedures, and best practices. Knows finance operations and automation really well Ability to prioritize - Plan, and deploy resources efficiently: prioritize multiple tasks and know which one to focus on Accounting expertise - Knowledge of expense accounting, assets accounting, petty cash and reimbursement, TDS deduction, GST credit accounting, and Ageing Analysis Agility and Detailed oriented Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent People management skills: Experienced in handling 4-5 team members, self motivated and team player Ability to respond to internal and external audit queries independently Ability to manage complex reconciliations Deep understanding of Indirect taxes (understanding the flow and impact of. the transaction) Metric driven - Build and track process and team efficiency and productivity metrics Knowledge of Zoho is preferred Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and tight timelines.
