Job Description
The Quality Assurance Manager will develop, establish, and enforce quality assurance standards and measures for the information technology services within the organization. As the product Scrum Master, the candidate will serve as the liaison between a dedicated technical team and stakeholder community to build a partnership, develop a roadmap and manage ongoing support and incidents
[10+] years direct experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of quality assurance standards for software testing.
[4+] years direct experience as a QA Manager for major application integration and/or major application product release.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials system design & configuration or other related ERP system is desired. Specific focus targeting Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of system testing metrics, best practices and methodologies.
- Extensive experience with core software applications, including [ERP, preferably Peoplesoft, Data warehouse, along with a strong knowledge of Test Management and Automation Tools].
- Direct hands-on experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools, and reporting software.
- Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
- Excellent PC skills including [MS Project, Visio and familiarity with Query and Reporting]
- Preferred experience with Microsoft DevOps, Jira, Cucumber and/or Selenium.
