About the Role:
Cyber Security Practice Leader manages, designs, and delivers a comprehensive portfolio of cyber security offerings and sets the strategic direction for Digital Foundation Services (DFS) practice at Trianz.
What Youll Be Doing:
Work with the Practice Head to develop a long-term vision, technology road map, and annual goals for the Cyber Security Practice.
Lead Pre-sales & Proposals for Security engagements and focal for sellers and client partners.
Build relationships with end clients, translate their business problems into practical solutions, and drive the growth of the Security practice through account focus and service differentiation.
Develop accelerators and intellectual property (as applicable); Formulate methodologies, solutions, accelerators, and tools to foster the growth of cyber security practice.
Recommend technology partnerships with leading OEM security solutions.
Represent Trianz in leading conferences, cyber security expos, and other key events as applicable.
Deep knowledge of security trends, patterns, and industry domain expertise (Banking, Insurance, Health Care)
Expertise in regulatory requirements and security applicability ( HIPPA, GDPR, PHI, PII, etc..)
Proven experience in managing the complete lifecycle of security engagements, right from the pre-sales stage, from identifying opportunities and initial scoping through to the final delivery and signoff.
What Youll Need:
More than 15 years of Industry experience with at least 10 years of experience in the Security domain
Expertise in at least 4 of the following areas: 1. Information security management 2. Identity and access management 3. Privacy and Data protection 4. Application Security & Infrastructure Security 5. Threat & vulnerability management. 6. Forensic Analysis 7. Source code analysis and Penetration Testing 8. SecOps
Basic understanding of security-relevant industry standards and practices, such as ISO 2700x series, COBIT, NIST, etc.
Practices & procedures related to the investigation and response to network/computer intrusions and data theft.
Experience in planning and implementing risk mitigation strategies relating to data loss prevention & security incident.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be willing to travel up to 25 % - locally and internationally
