Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify business problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather insights.
- Support product development teams in defining user stories, workflows, and process models.
- Assist in developing and executing test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in EdTech domain.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analysis, reporting tools, and process modelling.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
