Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage and convert incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and web (Inbound).

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, market visits, and trade shows (Outbound).

    Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate Engineering Machine

    Prepare and follow up on quotations, conduct negotiations, and close deals effectively.

    Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

    Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure accurate delivery timelines and product details.

    Record all interactions and maintain up-to-date CRM reports and sales documentation.

    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
