Develop new initiatives/distribution strategy road-maps to improve productivity and enhance profitability
Designing & Development of Progression Plan & Variable compensation plan
Designing Sales Dashboards and analysis of performance across branches.

Required Candidate profile

MBA / CA from premium institutes with 5/7 years, of which min 3 years should be in Strategy/Business Analytics in Insurance industry in Corporate role
Bancassurance background is preferred
Channel based Financial analysis
New initiatives for Channels
