Job Description
- Primary Responsibility: Define job description and document specifications Posts Job Description in various portals and social platforms Screens applications of qualified candidates Communicating employer information during screening process Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Qualified Candidates for Scheduling Interviews. Assists and participates in the interview process with managers . Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering. Maintaining relationships with the hiring managers to ensure recruitment goals are achieved. Skills: Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Candidate should possess the right attitude and should be a quick learner. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knows how to multitask and prioritize. Able to work independently to perform full life-cycle recruitment, including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing and salary negotiations. Brings a positive approach. Motivates, and inspires others. Strong typing and computer skills; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
