Job Description

One of our leading UK Client Looking for a legal assistant for UK Process/ Client and who will support to client contracts and supplier agreements and provide support on business-critical projects and legal risk analysis.

Providing legal support to internal stakeholders to ensure, in the respect of procurement, that terms and conditions work for the business in all respects.

Participating in business projects working with our General Counsel & Chief Risk Officer to provide guidance and commercial solutions to ensure that legal issues dont become barriers
Providing legal support in a range of other legal matters including exploring innovation within the legal team, administering contracts and contract management software, legal research and providing advice about the interpretation of contracts

Required Skills

A law degree and at least one years experience working in a commercial or corporate team in a law firm.
Experience of assisting with negotiation, drafting and advising on complex, strategic, long-term contracts.
Enthusiasm to gain wider experience such as in data protection, intellectual property, employment law and legal risk management in the UK.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with good presentation skills and confidence in their ability and drive to be part of a fast paced and growing business.
