Job Description

SLK Global Solutions is hiring for multiple roles for US Mortgage process.

Looking for candidates with an immediate joiner

Experience required in US Mortgage:

Sound knowledge of Mortgage origination
Sound Knowledge of various third party documents required to be ordered (e.g. Appraisal, Title, HOI, Flood Certificate, Work Number VOE, Fraud Guard/Other Risk Mitigation reports etc.)
Sound knowledge of pre-Underwriting
Thorough understanding of AUS findings (DU/LP for conventional, FHA, VA & USDA loans)
Thorough knowledge of credit, Income (salaried & self-employed & non employment) & assets documentation and calculation per agency requirements to determine qualification of loan application.
Understanding and calculation of DTI ratios, LTV-CLTV-HCLTV ratios
Sound knowledge of Initial Disclosures.
Must be aware about 1003, 1008, Credit report, Note, Appraisal report
