Lead and mentor a team of developers working on Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and React.js applications.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and industry best practices.
Identify and address technical debt while guiding the team through complex problem-solving.
Monitor and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Provide technical guidance during the project lifecycle and support in critical production issues.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of hands-on experience in software development with Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Database management (SQL).
Experience with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and frontend testing tools.
Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
Familiarity with performance tuning and application monitoring tools.
