SMFG India Credit is hosting a walk-in recruitment drive for the Customer Support Representative (Hindi Voice Process) position! Eligibility:
Experienced candidates in handling customer queries via phone (Hindi voice process) Must have managed 50+ calls daily Age: 30 years & below
Please attend the interview only if you have relevant experience in handling customer queries via phone, managing 50+ calls on a daily basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally and efficiently to customer calls in Hindi
- Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
- Ensure clear communication to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM tagging of customer interactions
- Build trust and strong customer relationships through effective communication
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Hindi and English (verbal communication) Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Bachelor's degree preferred (any stream) 1-2 years of experience in customer service (voice process)
