Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Test Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience in Manual Testing and Tosca. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Working in a hybrid model the Test Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our operations and production management processes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for various software projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases for manual testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design test strategies.
  • Utilize Tosca for automated testing to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Identify document and track defects ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders highlighting key findings.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices in testing.
  • Work closely with the operations and production management teams to align testing efforts with business goals.
  • Participate in test reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve processes.
  • Mentor junior testers sharing knowledge and best practices in testing methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and techniques to enhance testing capabilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in manual testing techniques and tools.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Tosca for automated testing.
  • Experience in operations and production management domains is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
