Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary / Overview:
- We are recruiting candidates with experience in E-mail drafting, preferably someone with customer support experience from BFSI Industry.
- Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns via email with a keen focus on effective communication.
- Your primary goal will be to ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all incoming emails while maintaining ambitious standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- KYB Offboarding:
- Conduct thorough reviews of business accounts to ensure compliance with KYB regulations.
- Assess risk factors and determine appropriate offboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for offboarded clients.
- Transaction Monitoring:
- Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and escalate potential risks.
- Analyse patterns and trends to identify financial crime risks.
- Work closely with compliance teams to report and mitigate risks.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Handle queries and problems of the customers.

- Work Mode - From Office
- Excellent Email Etiquette (Drafting strong Emails).
- Excellent Written & Spoken English Skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial crime prevention.
- Should be within the Boundary limits for cab facility.
- Follow a 24/7 rotation shift schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure round-the-clock customer support coverage.
- Salary Slab - 30% hike (max 5.5 LPA as per experience).
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Experienced candidates must have minimum 6 months Experience in KYB, transaction monitoring, or financial crime compliance sector with valid documents i.e., offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last three months' salary slip.
- Must have excellent command in English and good communication skills.
**Candidates who have MTI in their speech and pursuing education will not be considered.
Working Schedule:
- 5 days working with rotational shift and 2 days rotational off.
- Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.
- Casual leaves won't be entertained for the first three months apart from week offs.
