Job Description
We're Hiring: Test Lead
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 6+ Years Preferred
Employment Type: Full-time

What Youll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of talented QA engineers.
Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Python, Selenium, Robot Framework, or Playwright.
Drive the full testing lifecycle: planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Ensure comprehensive test documentation using JIRA, Confluence, and other tools.
Perform both manual and automated testing, including API testing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with devs, QA, docs, and product teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
Apply critical thinking and risk analysis to improve testing strategies.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in software testing.
What Were Looking For:
6+ years of QA/testing experience (preferred).
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and Python scripting.
Hands-on experience with Agile teams and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of defect management, test methodologies, and testing tools.
Nice to Have:
API testing experience (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with performance or security testing.
