We are looking for a  Sr. Full Stack Developer  with deep expertise in both backend and frontend development, microservices architecture, and API integrations. This role requires a strong background in building scalable applications, working with cloud infrastructure, and creating public APIs for seamless integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with  Node.js, AWS, database management, and WebRTC  for real-time streaming. This is a great opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges, innovate, and contribute to a high-growth SaaS platform.   Key Responsibilities  
  •  Full Stack Development 
  • Lead end-to-end development of platform features, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Architect and implement both backend and frontend components using  Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch .
  • Leverage microservices-based architecture to improve scalability and facilitate efficient service communication.
  •  API Development and Integration 
  • Design and build secure, public-facing APIs using  OAuth  to enable seamless third-party integrations.
  • Integrate APIs for data exchange, payment processing, and other platform functionalities.
  • Ensure APIs are well-documented, efficient, and accessible for external developers.
  •  Real-Time Streaming and Media Handling 
  • Optimize live streaming capabilities using  WebRTC  to support high-quality, low-latency video and audio streaming.
  • Implement best practices for media handling to support a seamless user experience.
  •  AWS Cloud Solutions and Architecture 
  • Architect and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS services, including  Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, and SNS , for scalable workflows.
  • Manage and monitor AWS resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and platform reliability.
  •  Database and Search Optimization 
  • Manage relational and NoSQL databases (  MySQL and MongoDB ), ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
  • Implement  ElasticSearch  for fast, reliable search functionalities.
  •  Quality Assurance and Code Best Practices 
  • Write modular, testable, and maintainable code to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Implement automated testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end) to maintain high code quality.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  •  Collaboration and Agile Development 
  • Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and QA teams to define requirements and plan projects.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to resolve complex issues and improve deployment processes.

    •   Qualifications  
  •  Experience:  5+ years as a Full Stack Developer, with experience in a senior or lead role.
  •  Backend Proficiency:  Strong skills in  Node.js , especially in building microservices-based architectures.
  •  API Development:  Proven experience creating secure, public APIs with  OAuth  and integrating with various third-party services.
  •  Database Expertise:  Proficient in  MySQL and MongoDB , including data modeling and query optimization.
  •  Search and Indexing Skills:
  •   Hands-on experience with  ElasticSearch  for scalable search capabilities.
  •  Real-Time Streaming:  Familiarity with  WebRTC  and real-time streaming protocols.
  •  AWS Cloud Services:  Advanced experience with  AWS  services like Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, and SNS.
  •  Frontend Skills:
  •   Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks (e.g.,  React, Angular, or Vue.js ) for building responsive interfaces.
  •  Testing and Automation:  Familiarity with  CI/CD pipelines ,  Git , and automated testing frameworks.
  •  Soft Skills:
  •   Strong communication, teamwork, and an ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

    •   Preferred Qualifications  
  • Experience with containerization tools such as  Docker  and  Kubernetes .
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools to support platform monitoring and optimization.
