Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role involves designing developing and maintaining software applications using Teamcenter Angular Springboot Microservices and Core Java. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts contributing to innovative solutions that enhance business processes and improve user experiences. This position does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust software applications using Teamcenter Angular Springboot Microservices and Core Java to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Implement best practices in coding and software development to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to enhance speed and reliability.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies applying this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference and team collaboration.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers assisting in their professional growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards maintaining the integrity and security of software applications.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by developing solutions that positively impact society and improve business operations. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in Teamcenter Angular Springboot Microservices and Core Java demonstrating proficiency in software development and application design.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in software development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in hybrid work environments demonstrating adaptability and effective time management skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices contributing to efficient and collaborative project execution.
