Job Description

JD with Key Qualifications:

- Proficient in ServiceNow and how to write and manipulate objects in ServiceNow (both Server side and Client side) with 5+ years of experience.

- Experience in Service Catalog and building workflows/record producers.

- Good experience in writing Business Rules, Script INcludes and other Server side components.

- Experience in writing highly performant Web Applications and an eye for detail.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Work on building processes on ServiceNow.

- Work with QA team to make sure all the defects are fixed and the final product is ready for customer release.

- Work on radars and deliver them within the project timelines.

- Highlight risks/concerns to Apple leads.

- Provide deployment instructions
