Role/ Job Title: Elite Banker-Service

Function/ Department: Smart Banker

Job Purpose:

The primary responsibility is to ensure all the customers are attended to and resolution is given within defined TAT

Roles & Responsibilities:

Productivity
Maintaining Service Quality
Average Handling
TimeFirst Contact Resolution
Maintaining TAT for all customer requests
Channel Migration to alternate channels

Secondary Responsibilities:
