Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Software Developer (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those starting their careers in software development to gain hands-on experience, learn new technologies, and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and translate them into functional code.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Assist in designing, developing, and testing software components and applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills.
• Follow company standards and procedures for software development.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and web technologies is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of front-end or back-end development (optional).
