Seeking a strong and dynamic Operations Manager for a firm dealing in providing Aviation Services globally and dealing with majorly Cargo Carriers based in Mumbai. Please note this is a full time role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Strategy: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals, enhancing productivity and resource utilization. 2. Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and industry regulations, conducting regular audits for risk assessment. 3. Team Management: Recruit and develop a high-performing operations team, encouraging collaboration and growth. 4. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in operational processes, utilizing data-driven insights. 5. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain compliance and standards. 6. Customer Relations: Coordinate with Business Development to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships. 7. Performance Analysis: Generate, analyse and present operational data and comprehensive reports to the executive team. 8. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and partners for a reliable supply chain. 9. Financial Management: Assist in budget planning and cost-control measures. 10. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven senior operational experience in aviation and/or logistics with a focus on support services. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and compliance. Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Preference: Experience in the Aviation Services Sector/ Airlines/ Marine /Cargo Ops/ Logistics Sector would be highly preferred.
