Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust, scalable REST APIs and backend systems
- Build and manage database schemas and integrations (primarily with MongoDB)
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Debug and troubleshoot production and development issues effectively.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Backend development using Node.js and Express
- Experience in MongoDB database design and querying
- Good understanding of REST API architecture and implementation
- Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular or React (optional )
Preferred Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A learning mindset curious and driven to grow
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4 to 9 years of relevant work experience in software development.
