Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Project Manager with expertise in Dealer Business Management (DBM) to lead our projects focused on optimizing dealer operations and business processes. If you have strong SAP PM experience and are adept at working in a dealer business environment, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAPPM projects focused on Dealer Business Management, ensuring integration with business processes and dealer operations
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP PM solutions to optimize plant maintenance and asset management for dealer networks
Collaborate with internal teams and external dealers to align business needs with SAP functionality, ensuring efficient and effective use of SAP PM
Ensure successful implementation of SAP PM processes, including asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and execution within the dealer ecosystem
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring smooth project execution
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives
Oversee SAP system integration with other modules, such as SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP CRM, to enhance dealer performance and operations
Manage project risks, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience as an SAP PM Project Manager, with hands-on expertise in the Plant Maintenance module
Strong understanding of Dealer Business Management (DBM) processes, including dealer operations, service management, and asset management
Experience with SAP DBM integration to optimize dealer relationships and business operations
Strong project management experience, with familiarity in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Experience in managing SAP projects from end-to-end, including planning, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support
Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP CRM) is a plus
SAP certification in PM or related modules is preferred
Additional Skills:
Experience in the hashtag#automotive, manufacturing, or retail industry dealing with dealers is highly beneficial
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
