Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Regional Manager NBFC Channel to lead and manage our NBFC insurance partnerships in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business volumes, deepening partner relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Continuous engagement with partners for achieving the assigned business goals
• Proactively identify gaps/ areas of improvement in current sales infrastructure and implement improvement initiatives
• Provide regular updates to senior management on the deal status to apprise them on the developments.
• To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand, and growing the brand.
