Job Description
- Manage and supervise the night shift Sales and Operations teams.
- Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee all operational activities during the night shift to ensure efficiency
- Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
