• As a Regional Sales Manager you will based at Nagpur HQ handling Sales & Business Development of Accute or General segment covering entire Vidarbha for reputed Pharma company.
• You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of ABMs & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
• You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
• You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
• You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.

Candidate Profile.

• Science Graduate 12-15 years in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling Accute or General segment based at Nagpur HQ covering entire Vidarbha
• You should be good in Man Management & Business Development.
• You should have good experience in launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
• You should be good at Maintaining Administrative Control in Field Force.
