QA lead - Manual @ Marlabs

Job Description

Strong manual testing skills of web application with 6 years of experience

3 years of leading teams on large and complex projects

Sound knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile) and practices

Sound Knowledge of test management, requirement traceability, QA best practices including project planning, testing cycles, defect tracking, testing data preparation, testing scripts/resource planning

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken are a must

Strong knowledge of writing SQL scripts for Oracle database

Strong knowledge of AWS services

Excellent exposure to JMeter or other open source performance test tool

Excellent exposure to API testing tools like Postman or other open source test tool

Excellent exposure to SoapUI testing tool

Sound knowledge of scripting language like Python, JS, Groovy etc.

Able to work to tight deadlines and identify problems at an early stage

Assist in reproduction of customer issues, and provide feedback to developers to improve the usability of the product

Sound knowledge of any of the test effort estimates methodologies

Sound knowledge of Preparing the Test Plan, Test Schedule and test cases

Exposure to Airline Catering management domain is preferable

Exposure to any automation tool is preferable
