The Project Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects by overseeing administrative functions, coordinating cross-al activities, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation This role acts as the central hub for project communication, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and adherence to project timelines and budgets
Mission
  • The primary mission of the Project Administration Manager is to ensure that all project activities are conducted smoothly and effectively, meeting established objectives and supporting the organizations strategic goals Key objectives include enhancing project delivery efficiency, fostering stakeholder communication, and maintaining project quality standards
Main activities
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate the planning and execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and organize all project-related documents, including plans, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accessibility and compliance with organizational standards
  • Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through
  • Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking project budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring financial records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Risk and Issue Tracking: Identify potential project risks and issues, maintain a risk register, and work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for project-related inquiries, facilitating effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners
Tool and System Management: Utilize project management software to track progress, update schedules, and generate reports for stakeholders
